Pre-Built Saunas

"The Easy Way to Build a Sauna"

There's no doubt about the convenience of a portable sauna but there are times when you want a 'real' sauna experience.

Luckily you don't have to go through the hassle of having a sauna permanently installed in your house to experience a 'real' sauna.

Simply put, pre-built saunas are two or three piece modular units that can be placed almost anywhere. They offer the look and feel of traditional saunas right down to the wooden benches. They simply plug into a regular wall outlet to supply electricity for the heaters and the lights. Modular sauna installation takes less than half an hour.

Pre-Built SaunasWhen buying a modular sauna, make sure that the individual pieces will fit through your doorways. Most companies selling modular saunas specify the minimum size of doorway required.

Like folding portable saunas, pre-built saunas
usually use Far Infrared (FIR) heaters as their heat source. They are available in a variety of sizes suitable for one person or up to 4 or 5 people. Many manufacturers include sauna accessories such as a bucket, ladle, lights, thermometer or CD players.

One of the big advantages of pre-built saunas is their portability. You probably won't want to take it with you on your weekend outing, but if you ever sell your house you can take your sauna along with you.
